Traineeprogramme Organic Agriculture

The Traineeprogramme is an international "training on the job" in businesses, organisations and associations within the sector of organic agriculture and food production. University graduates of agriculture, horticulture, nutrition science, food technology, business administration and marketing can apply. The trainees work at a certain organisation within the organic sector for eleven months and participate in four weeks of training, where they gain professional, systematic and entrepreneurial skills.

The programme can only offer traineeships to those graduates who have at least a basic command of German. German language skills are indispensable as the training and learning sessions are held in German only.
